Hi! I’m Ed Levis, and this is my travel blog. The theme is about exploration. Opening our eyes to the world and ourselves. It's about being curious and open-minded. Digging beneath the surface. Understanding the people and places around us. I really enjoy traveling and have learned a few things along the way. Folks in faraway places can look different, speak a different language, and practice different customs. But fundamentally, we're the same. It's great to photograph exotic looking people and places, but I'm even more impressed by all we have in common with folks around the world. I'm hoping this idea will inform my future photographs.

Helping out my sister Brenda with a technology initiative for her relocation / destination services company, NYC Navigator. After the past two months in Yellowstone National Park it's fun to be back in the city. Lots to do.
